Are you a person that enjoys speaking to groups of people? Do you always have a positive way of looking at situations? Maybe a business giving seminars is in your future. A seminar is a discussion with a group of people on a specific topic, generally lead by an expert on the subject. The group listens to the expert discuss the topic in detail and then they are given discussion time to clarify any questions they may have.
 

The first question is, what life subject are you qualified to speak on? The subject can be business related, lifestyle, educational, or motivational. Practice on your friends that you trust to tell you the truth and fine tune your speech down the point where you can think of nothing else to add. No matter what the subject you choose, make it fun and exciting. The more excited about the subject you are the more excited they will be about it.

Start out small, do some local events and see what type of responses you get from attendees. You can even conduct seminars online. From this point you can start expanding and growing your seminar. Writing a book on the subject will rapidly boost your recognition and status, at this point you could start charging more and doing bigger venues. A book is not necessary but would speed up the process exponentially, instead of years gaining popularity; it would be shortly after the book you would see results. The positive influence you would have on people is a reward in itself, but money is good too.
